From Fox’s Rules, we can help you organize a trip, corporate events, birthdays, or even your best friend’s bachelor party.

It is recommended that you book our services at least 2 months in advance to ensure that we have availability and time for the organization and management of your event.

However, if you need to organize a last-minute event, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find the best options for you.

You can make a reservation with us through our email or by phone/WhatsApp.

Once the reservation form has been received, the client has 3 days to accept the reservation by paying 50% of the amount due. Such payment can be made through Bizum or bank transfer. If payment is not made after this period, the reservation will not be valid.

Once the first payment of 50% has been made, the client will have the option to add or modify any activity or service included in the itinerary.

Subsequently and up to 5 days before the start of the event, the remaining amount must be paid to finalize the organization and management of the event.

You can cancel or modify your reservation with Fox’s Rules by sending us an email or calling us.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the start of the event. After this period, the event cannot be canceled or modified, nor can any refund be made.

*In the event that an activity or service is booked that requires us to pay for it immediately and without reimbursement, that part will not be refundable.

No reimbursement will be made for cancellations of people who leave 5 days before the beginning of the event, as long as the contracted service accepts cancellations with the consequent economic reimbursement.

Yes, we offer the possibility to customize your event according to your needs and preferences. You can contact us to discuss the options you like best.

Yes, we offer different lodging and transportation options for your event. As for accommodation, we offer hotel, apartment, or villa services. Regarding transportation, we can organize the transfer in private vehicles.

Reservations for any activity or service have a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. After that time, and without prior notice, it will be canceled with the consequent loss of the amount thereof.
